Fit as - Register Your Steps
Fit as logs the workout you actually did but your phone did not record, and writes it into Apple Health. Walking, running or hiking. You enter it the way you measured it — distance and duration, or duration and pace — and the steps and distance go straight into Apple Health. No account. No sign-up. Nothing to connect.

What's new in 5.7.0
The alert you got on the very first tap said "Limit Reached — you have reached the limit of free actions". You had not. There was no free-action counter anywhere in the app and there never had been; the message was simply wrong, and it read like a bait and switch. It now says what actually happens: watch a short ad to log this walk, or get PRO and log as many as you like with no ads. Same three options, honest wording.
