What to tell us

A bug is fixed much faster when the first message already has:

• The app name and its version (Settings → About, inside the app).
• Your device and iOS or Android version.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• For a wrong result: the exact numbers you typed in.

Common questions

I paid and Pro is gone

Use Restore Purchases in the app's settings, signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. A purchase belongs to the account, not the device. If it still does not come back, send us the receipt from your store and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In your device settings, not in the app: on iOS, your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel anything.

I want a refund

Refunds are issued by Apple and Google, not by us. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, the Play Store order history. Tell us as well — if something is broken we would rather fix it than keep the money.

A calculation looks wrong

Send the inputs and the answer you expected, with the standard or chart you are checking it against. Several of these apps have been corrected by exactly that kind of email.
