Questions people ask about PipeMaster
Do I have to convert fractions to decimals?
No. Type 5 3/16" the way you read it off the tape. The maths is done in exact fractions, so nothing drifts from rounding, and metric works the same way.
Does it know my bender?
It can. Save a profile with the take-up stamped on your own tool, and every stub-up mark comes out for that bender instead of a textbook average.
Which bends does it cover?
Stub-up with take-up and gain, offsets at any angle with travel and shrink, rolling offsets, kicks and kick-with-90, three- and four-point saddles, segmented 90s with shot spacing, and parallel runs marked off the first conduit.
Does it do anything besides bending?
Box fill to NEC 314.16(B), and a bend-multiplier and shrink reference card for when you want to check a number by hand.
Can I hand a job to the office?
Yes. Projects hold notes and a material list per job and export to a clean PDF, and any single calculation can be saved to history and shared as a report.
Does it work with no signal in a basement?
Yes. Everything runs on the phone, dark-first with large controls, because that is where conduit gets bent.
