FitterMaster: Pipe Fitter Calc
FitterMaster is the pipe fitter's pocket reference: rolling offsets, fitting takeouts, flange bolt-up, miter and saddle templates - fast, accurate, and fully offline. No subscription. Pay once, own it forever.

What it does
Built For The Field
- Works 100% offline. No signal on the jobsite? Everything still works. No license checks, ever.
- Feet-inches-sixteenths input everywhere. Think in 16ths, not decimals.
- Full metric mode (mm) that actually works.
- Save your spools and reuse the numbers that worked.
Offset Calculator (45 Degrees Free Forever)
- Set + roll to true offset, travel, and run for any fitting angle: 5.625, 11.25, 22.5, 30, 45, 60, 90.
- Cut length done for you: travel minus takeouts minus weld gaps. Mark the pipe and cut.
- Clear diagram with every result.
Takeouts And Pipe Data
- ASME B16.9 takeout chart: 90 LR, 45 LR, 90 SR, 180 return, tees, caps - NPS 1/2 to 24.
- Odd-angle cuts: takeout and center-to-face to cut any angle from a standard 90.
- Pipe schedules 10/40/80/160/STD/XS/XXS: OD, ID, wall, weight per foot.
Flange And Bolt-Up
- ASME B16.5 class 150/300/600: bolt count, stud size, bolt circle.
- Star tightening sequence diagrams and 3-pass torque targets (30/60/100 percent).
Templates And Ordinates
- Miter elbows: cut angles, segment lengths, 16-line wrap template ordinates.
- Saddle-on tees and laterals: 16 numbered ordinates, ready to lay out.
- Dummy legs: on straight runs and on the back of a 90 LR ell - solved with real geometry, not approximations.
Accuracy You Can Check
Every multiplier, takeout, and ordinate is verified against published ASME B16.9 / B16.5 / B36.10 tables and cross-checked with independent numeric solvers. If you find a number that is off, we fix it.

What's new in 1.3.0
The rating prompt was counting a result card every time it scrolled back into view. iOS only lets an app ask three times per user per year, so that quota was being spent on somebody who had scrolled up and down, not on somebody who had actually finished three calculations. A card now counts once.
