Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-01

This policy covers the apps published by MasaApps360. The short version: our apps do not ask you to create an account, and your data stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing you type is sent to us. Calculations, projects, notes, saved jobs and settings are stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud backup turned on, in your own iCloud backup. We have no servers holding your content and no way to read it.

Health data: Apple Health and Android Health Connect

Three of our apps, Step As ME, Fit As and PokeT-Walk, write the steps, distance and workouts you enter yourself into Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, and read step totals back to show them to you. Every entry appears in Health with the app as its source, not as a reading from your phone's sensors. Log only activity you really did.

That data stays in Apple Health or Health Connect on your device: it is never uploaded to us or to any server, never shared, never sold and never used for advertising; Google AdMob does not receive it. Our use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Each app's own policy lists exactly which data types it reads and writes and how to delete them: Step As ME, Fit As, PokeT-Walk.

Advertising

Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. AdMob may process a device identifier and coarse location to select an ad and to count impressions. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we show Google's consent form before any personalised ad is requested; if you decline, ads are contextual only. On iOS, we honour your App Tracking Transparency choice.See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card, your address or your name — only an anonymous receipt telling the app that a purchase is valid. To manage or cancel a subscription, use Settings on your device; cancelling there is the only thing that stops a renewal.

Analytics and crash reports

We use no third-party analytics SDK. We do see the aggregate, anonymous crash and usage reports that Apple and Google provide to every developer, and only if you have opted into sharing them at the operating-system level.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or erase on request — deleting the app removes everything it stored. If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR) or in California (CCPA/CPRA) and want to exercise a right regarding advertising identifiers, contact us and we will help you raise it with the relevant ad network.

This website and cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, analytics, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or contact forms, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from this same domain. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes your IP address and request data in transient server logs to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, under its privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

If you email us we use your message only to answer it (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f), or steps you ask for under art. 6(1)(b)) and delete it once the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it. Personalised ads in our apps rely on your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from the app's privacy settings or your device settings. Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your GDPR rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
